Cleaning Capabilities

Advanced scrubbing features included in the free binary.

Re-encode Images
Decodes raw pixels and re-saves as a new file. Destroys EXIF, IPTC, and thumbnails 100% of the time.
Restructure PDFs
Migrates pages to a fresh container. Leaves behind XML metadata, edit history, and author tags.
Scrub Video
Standard cleaning re-muxes the stream. Use the --nuke flag for aggressive ExifTool scrubbing.
ISP Padding
Use --pad to add random noise until file hits a bucket size (e.g. 5MB). Prevents packet size analysis.
